The room was super clean and the bed was comfortable. The check-in lady was very friendly. It's a budget-friendly spot, and the staff were genuinely nice.

The place has convenient and great location in the middle of jackson. The rooms are tidy and quiet, with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a microwave oven.

It was very affordable for a one night stop over with my family.

I had to wait at the front desk for 5-7 minutes until the girl finished doing laundry in the back room. I thought that was a bit rude.

Hotel needs to be updated, bed spread had cigarette holes in them, given a blanket that was full of dog hair and smelled of feces. Didn't want to complain. It was a good price. But had to sterilized my own room. Tile loose in bathroom..Knobs on air conditioner came off. Mexican men, loitering in front of hotel, sitting in lawn chair, dominated and drinking. Not very professional.

Continental breakfast was good.

We had no knowledge that the motel was being remodeled when we booked. We would not have stayed there had we known. It's very surprising that you would consider being in business in a town that is in very steep decline. We probably should have stayed in nearby Cedar Rapids or Cedar Falls.We were very uncomfortable being in Waterloo. Pretty bad for a small town. We have stayed in Super8 before and had a good experience.

My room was right by the elevator.it was noisy in the mornings and thin walls.

The locks on the rooms were not working, so we had to rely on staff to let us into our room each time - didn't feel real secure about that.

It made my trip to Waterloo an excellent experience. I loved this low-budget hotel and stayed for 2 nights here. The location was comfy and marvellous, the breakfast was warm and included. The rooms were comfy, neat, and beds were exceptionally comfortable.

My stay reminded me of a warm hug! The Queen Non-Smoking room was super clean, and the bed was super comfy-perfect for a cozy night's sleep. The staff were really nice, accommodating all my little requests with a smile!
